This process includes selecting styles, sizes, and features like pockets and straps.
Design Modification: We modify fabrics, designs, and branding to create a new product based on existing samples we have already developed.
Material Inspection
Initial Material & Hardware Check: We have professional testing instruments to assess the color, texture, thickness, and weight of leather and fabric. For zippers, we ensure that each tooth is secure, and sliders must pass a gravity test. This step guarantees that only high-quality materials proceed to the next stage.
Proofing
Sample Making: We create prototype bags based on the design specifications. This enables designers to assess the bag's functionality, aesthetics, and construction.
Testing and Feedback: We evaluate prototypes for any design flaws or areas that need improvement and implement the necessary changes to the design.
Tailoring
Pattern Making: We create accurate patterns for each component of the bag. These patterns are used to cut the fabric and other materials.
Cutting: The materials are cut precisely according to the patterns, ensuring that all pieces fit together perfectly during assembly
Sewing
Streamline Sewing: We utilize industrial sewing machines to stitch the cut pieces together. This step involves adding zippers, straps, linings, and other components.
Quality Control: We conduct sample checks at each stage to ensure that all processes meet the quality standards of the confirmation sample. Additionally, we ensure that each sewing line is neat and adheres to professional standards.
Inspection & Packing
Final Quality Inspection: We conduct a comprehensive inspection of the finished bag to identify any defects in stitching, construction, or overall appearance.
Functionality Test: Our professional quality control team checks the quality to ensure that all zippers, pockets, and straps are functioning properly and meet design specifications. Packaging is carried out only after confirming compliance with all standards.
